Although the exchange is unpaid, you will have access to a rich, transformative learning environment:
Practical experience in eco-feminist communication, activism and regenerative culture
The chance to sail and experience community at sea, specially for those that can commit for ten weeks of land volunteering or more
Tools from ecovillage design and community resilience movements
Exposure to facilitation and personal growth methodologies (Process Work, Deep Ecology)
Close mentoring and integration within the Clean Beach Pirates core team
The opportunity to shape an emerging Mediterranean initiative connecting ecology, art, and care
Strong interest in eco-social transformation, feminism, marine ecosystems
Background or motivation in communication, environmental studies, sailing or social sciences is a plus
Writing skills in English (Greek, Spanish or Catalan are a plus)
Ideally but not essential: basic design / social media skills (Canva, Instagram, etc.)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
Openness, creativity, and willingness to engage in collective processes
Interest in non-formal education and group facilitation
